The safety passport occupies an important role within the SCC/VCO/VCU system. The safety passport is considered a handy and effective tool for checking whether employees have followed the necessary training and instructions. With the safety passport, employees show that they are well-trained professionals who can work safely. Some medical details are also part of the passport; with this, the employee shows that his health allows him to do certain work.
Why?
As a contractor, you want work to be done safely so that no one gets hurt. But your clients also demand this of you. That is why the safety passport has existed since 1998. This document allows clients to check the competence of your employees at the gate or on the work site. The safety passport is trilingual (English, Dutch and French) and valid both in Belgium and the Netherlands.
